Used throughout the ages our Mercury Man emblem is recognised worldwide as a symbol of swift and timely delivery and the very best quality floral gifts.

Every bouquet ordered from us is prepared with care and hand-delivered as promised. And with our international network of florists, a special bouquet can be handmade and delivered almost anywhere in the world in just a few hours.

Whilst I appreciate the effort to send flowers yesterday to my mum at this troubled time, the flowers have already started to wilt and won’t last beyond a few days. Bit disappointed given the price paid.

I’m really disappointed with the flowers that my Mother in law received. They certainly didn’t look like £43 worth of flowers. Not the normal standard I expected at all.

The delivery timescale was perfect & a very efficient service given I only ordered the night prior. However, I thought the actual bouquet for price didn’t look much - to be honest it looked no better than flowers from the supermarket

I ordered two lots of flowers for my wife and Mother. One was received at 10 am. I then had to contact customer service twice to get my other order. Customer service was okay maybe it was the florist. Won't order from them in the future.

I UNDERSTAND THE SITUATION AT THE MEOMENT HOWEVER I KNOW OTHER PEOPLE WHO GOT A DELIVERY FROM INTERFLORA TODAY BUT MYNE GT DELIVERED YESTERDAY AND I ALSO HAD A CODE FOR 15% OFF BUT WOULDNT LET ME USE IT

Hi I bought a bouquet of flowers for my mum for Mother’s Day and the quality or flowers used for her bouquet was not good. Fully opened lilies that will only last a day or two - it was very disappointing. Thanks Ruth

I was told that the delivery would be contactless in this difficult time, but my Mum told me the florist handed her the flowers. She is an elderly lady and I am concerned for her health and safety. Please do what you say you are going to do for everyone’s health.

Flowers were delivered on a Saturday and were dying by Monday/Tuesday, even though my Mum followed the instructions provided for caring for the flowers exactly. Expensive for flowers that didn't last a week! May consider alternative providers for future deliveries.

Flowers were delivered by a courier, rather than local florist and had very few floral stems. Colours matched the picture but density was nowhere near. Feel short changed.

Flowers were not delivered on the day I requested so was not on my mums birthday, received an e mail to say they had been delivered but they hadn’t .

The order process was excellent, however the delivery service was very poor. The flowers were left at a different address stated on the card & when phoned the florist was unhelpful & unconcerned about the delivery.

Hi. I have used inerflora many time. Unfortunately on this occasion yiu fell short of the quality I have come to expect. Firstly I was disappointed in the size of the display and secondly within a few days the flowers has begun to wilt. We did follow instructions using the feed provided but by Wednesday the tulips had wilted and the roses weee turning brown. I took a photo to show the change.
