Every bouquet ordered from us is prepared with care and hand-delivered as promised. And with our international network of florists, a special bouquet can be handmade and delivered almost anywhere in the world in just a few hours.

You promised to inform me when the delivery was made which you have always done in the past, but failed to do this time. So I tracked it- no information, rang you- no answer- emailed - no answer . Very poor service I thought. So I had to ring the recipient of said ‘surprise’ delivery which ruined the surprise! Not what I have been led to expect from such a renowned company.

Hello! I wasn't very impressed with the standard of the flowers at all, lots of cheap looking dahlias and not much else, very small bouquet. Moreover, I sent customer service a very urgent email on Friday about trying to send next day delivery flowers for my mother's 80th birthday but the check availability would not move from October - must've tried at least 10 times. I have had no reply yet and had to call a local florist on Saturday morning in the end. So stressful. I also deliberately paid £22 for the Platinum delivery a few days ago with this order to cover for a year... very disappointed as usually Interflora is great. Would appreciate a response. Thank you.

It has taken me three attempts to renew my Pass and I have reasons to believe it is still not accepted.

Although the flowers arrived as expected and in a lovely arrangement - the hand tied flowers were top heavy and fell over as soon as they were taken out of delivery box - pouring water everywhere. They arrived on the Saturday and by Monday a lot of the flowers had wilted badly (despite topping up the water). This is not very acceptable for one of the most expensive flower arrangements available from Interflora. I would expect them to last a lot longer for the money paid.

Good service but for the price there are better florists alot cheaper and much better bouquet selection deliver charge really Ramps up the cost basic bouquet for expensive outlay

1st and 2 nd order was nothing like image I viewed. 3rd order, lots of disappointment. Not sure why I made the mistake to use interflora.

When the recipient sent me a phot of the flowers I was very disappointed at the range of flowers and the size of the bouquet. For 60 pounds I expected a bit more.

Ordered flowers which included chocolates but no chocolates were delivered. Florist had to come back with them

Hi, You offer am delivery for an additional charge, this was chosen as a special birthday deserved to get an early delivery. During the morning I received a call to say it was not possible and the early delivery amount would be refunded. The flowers arrived around 16:00pm, A bit late I think. Additionally when I saw the quantity of flowers and whilst they looked nice, I thought it was very expensive for what was provided. I won't be using the service again

The process of ordering was easy, delivery was on time and the card and chocolates were fine. The flowers however were a huge disappointment. We paid £52 for what looks like a bunch of carnations. Not happy

I ordered a £35 bouquet to be delivered to my mother after she had surgery. When I received an image of the flowers I was incredibly disappointed to see the amount of leaves and lack of flowers. You get a better bouquet from the supermarket. Very disappointed.

I asked for flowers to be delivered to my sisters home for her Golden Wedding Anniversary as a surprise. The delivery lady rang me on the day to say she couldn't find the property. I gave directions to her. I had mentioned on the delivery note that if no one was home for them to be left at the back of the house. The lady went to the property but did not leave the flowers. I received a text to say she had been unable to deliver. The flowers were delivered the following afternoon after I had to chase the delivery to find out what had gone wrong....Not happy at all.

The flowers didnt arrive until after 5.30 on the day of my mothers birthday. Totally unacceptable and very shoddy service.
