I have previously been happy with interflora but on this occasion was very disappointed with the quality of the arrangement delivered to my friend. I’d attach photos if I could.

I was very disappointed in the arrangement you sent on the 11.12.2019 looked like it had been thrown together and it look nowhere near you picture on you site .

I've used you many times over the years with now complaints. However the large Christmas cracker arrangement I ordered was far smaller that compared to any of the large options I've ordered in the past.This was going to be the centre peace of our dinning table for Christmas day. Because of the actual size bouquet sent my wife went out to the nearest supper market to by more flowers to add to the display. Overall I was extremely disappointed.

Flowers lovely but card wet because of rain - couldn’t read card. This was a special memory spoilt.

Having ordered flowers to be sent to New Zealand on the 15th of Dec to be Delivered on the the 19th, I was disappointed to not have received email notification of delivery, I made a query on live chat on the 20th and was told an email would be sent to me, I then called customer services on the23rd Dec and found they had been delivered I don’t feel I should have had to contact Interflora when ordering you should receive a delivery confirmation email there are question I can’t answer was your delivery on time? don’t know who made the delivery? don’t know how many days did the delivery take? again unknown. So disappointed

The flowers I had sent to my mum in Shrewsbury for Christmas again this year were left outside with no note and it comprised of mainly foliage. Will think about using someone else for next year

I paid for delivery of flowers on Thurs 19/12/2019 between 8am - 8pm. However, the flowers weren’t delivered until Fri 5:30pm even though someone was at home all day on Thursday. The flowers delivered do not resemble the bunch purchased. Disappointed with service and quality of flowers. I have a picture of what was delivered and what was purchased, if someone would like to compare. I won’t be using the international service in the future.

Disappointing that Interflora UK was unable to fulfil my two recent orders as requested. If items are advertised on the website, it is unacceptable that the florists are unable to provide and deliver them.

Unfortunately as your delivery is an International delivery and we are a relay service only, this will not generate a delivery confirmation as a standard UK delivery would. Website software problems prevented me finishing my orders online and had to speak to you by phone and your rep took my orders eventually.

I ordered the flowers for a morning delivery, at 2pm I hadn’t had notification that the flowers had been delivered so I had to live chat interflora. They rang the florists and they advised they had been delivered but my wife hadn’t received them. Long story short I had to ring my wife to see if they had been delivered and spoilt the surprise, they were definitely delivered after 12 so not happy with the service

The flowers were deliverd a day late due to the roads being icy. The florist informed the receiver of this delay & was advised to deliver them the next day in the morning as the receiver had to go to a hospital appointment in the afternoon. The florist did not deliver them on time, but delivered them late & left them in the open in the snow. I had asked of them to be left in the porch. They flowers will have been damaged by the cold after being left out for so long unprotected.

There was a free gift offered with certain flowers and this wasn't sent with the flowers. Flowers were delivered to the wrong address despite the correct address including post code being on the order. Only redeeming thing was another lot of flowers being sent out and a very friendly and helpful sales advisor. Overall though very poor and not impressed with the free gift not being included.
