Disappointed and slightly embarassed with quality of flowers for the price, won't be using interflora again.

The flowers that Sarah managed to save were lovely but the basket was ruined and all because the delivery man thought with force up about five manble stairs the package bounced off a wall and was very damaged so it was not the florist to blame but a incompetent lazy delivery man who’s actions were witnessed bye the maintenance men working there.Having said all that I complained to yourselves who very nicel said they were very sorry and sent me a full refund

Wanted to deliver flowers to someone who had suffered a bereavement. Said on the website delivered same day if ordered by 3pm. Ordered at 2.30pm but had to chase the next morning as no delivery. was told the florist had accepted the order but had not been delivered due to a "technical hitch". I suspect it was more the florist didn't want to go out again. Were delivered the next day and the delivery charge has been refunded but the service was still disappointing

I have no idea as the recipient, who has since contacted me, did not acknowledge it snd so I do not even know whether it went to the right address.

The flowers were nice and appreciated but delivery was very poor. This was because the flowers were left on the floor outside the delivery address. I expected the delivery to a person.

Wanted orange like the picture but you sent pink. Not good value for money either. Very disappointed. No choice of colour to pick or favourite flower to pick.

Looks nothing like what i ordered, 10/12 of the flowers that hadn't even opened had snapped heads. Very disappointed. Used interflora as I thought I'd pay a bit more but get quality. I would have had a nicer bunch for alot less from tesco. Chris findley

Flowers were delivered on 11/01 instead of 18/01. This meant my mum did not have the flowers freshly delivered on her birthday.

I did not know that the delivery could be up to 6pm (which seems late to me for flowers) - wished I'd known that sooner. The lack of 'live chat' did not help. It turned out the flowers weren't delivered by a florist on your list. When the flowers were delivered (at 4.20pm), I was disappointed. The colour coordination was not as good as I'd hoped for, and neither was the range of flowers. I thought the arrangement lacked variety (too many chrysanthemums) and seemed boring. Not worth £40, in my opinion.

One of my gifts was delivered to the wrong address. Fortunately, the recipient had the honesty and took the time to deliver it to the correct address.

My flowers were delivered one day early, so on thecerkng delivery date, which meant the were left out in the wind and rain as the residents were not at home.

Disappointed n the arrangement only one flower rest twigs and berries worst I’ve ever had sent for £50 don’t think it was 80 dollars of flowers won’t be doing it next year
