Every bouquet ordered from us is prepared with care and hand-delivered as promised. And with our international network of florists, a special bouquet can be handmade and delivered almost anywhere in the world in just a few hours.

The flowers in the basket were very nice like usual with interflora. Unfortunately the package must have been dropped as part of the arrangement had been dislodged from the basket and was loose in the box. More care needed with delivery in future please.

I've ordered many flowers from Interflora over the years. The flowers were beautiful and my mum was happy but the bouqet seemed a little sparse for a spend of £45. Maybe they were particularly expensive stems?

I ordered some flowers for my mother in law for mothers day and when they arrived st her house the package was upside down and the flowers and soil were every where and my in laws had to refill it

Not happy with the mothers day flowers I ordered. The arrangement looked absolutely tiny compared to the picture shown on the website. Half the flowers seemed to be missing. The card said MR instead of MRS and the delivery person said Happy Birthday instead of Happy Mothers Day.

One delivery arrived as scheduled on Saturday the other did not (and the recipient, my stepmother, was in all day as she was shielding). Very disappointing although the flowers did finally arrive on the Sunday.

Ordering and delivery was good. The recipient of the flowers said they were very nice, but comparing them to what I ordered I am very disappointed. Bouquet ordered was the Delicatesse.

Delivery instructions were provided to Interflora. These were ignored. It was fortunate that on this occasion the flowers could be retrieved

I was a little disappointed with the flowers I received for my wife on Mother’s Day. £50 with the balloon and they really don’t look like they should cost that much to be honest

The package arrived and my recipient said it looked like it had been dropped up-side-down and one of the bulbs had dropped out of the arrangement. It did have stickers all over the package saying it was fragile but the carrier obviously hadn't treated it with the care it deserved. I chose Interflora specifically because they are normally a quality product which is delivered with care and integrity. I'm willing to pay a premium for that reassurance but it didn't seem to happen this time.

Very disappointed in the flowers for £60 tired and droopy looking. Also tried to Google who the local florist was the nearest match is in Dublin which is near 120 miles away. If this is the case would explain why I could not add a balloon to the order

Hi Ian, Thank you for taking the time to write us this review. I have checked your order and can see that you ordered a giftbox not an item in a vase and that we did email you on 10th March to advise that, unfortunately, our florist in the area could not supply the balloon on your order and that we had upgraded your bouquet to reflect this. A £75 bouquet looked closer to £20. I haven’t been able to see my mum for over 15 months and this is the best I can achieve for Mother’s Day 😔

Im not happy with a refund i wanted the chocolates delivered to my sister..i wont be ordering this product again. I was charged a £7 delivery fee and for that i would have expected all item s delivered

I ordered flowers for my Sister fir Sat 27th Feb to be left in porch but she was taken into hospital suddenly. I tried everything possible to contact you to change delivery but no chance. As I live 200 miles away someone had to go to her house to wait for delivery which eventually came at 4.57pm. I ordered these on Tuesday before.
