Our Heritage

We've been delivering your good wishes for more than 90 years. With all of this talent to draw upon, we offer an exciting and fresh new selection of floral gifts for every special occasion and every season too. From contemporary chic to classic favourites, as well as unique creations via our Designed to Order service, our florists create perfect bouquets every day.

As well as being the largest, we're the longest serving flower delivery network too. For more than 90 years we have enjoyed a reputation for excellence. Used throughout the ages our Mercury Man emblem is recognised worldwide as a symbol of swift and timely delivery and the very best quality floral gifts.

Every bouquet ordered from us is prepared with care and hand-delivered as promised. And with our international network of florists, a special bouquet can be handmade and delivered almost anywhere in the world in just a few hours.

I have been using Interflora for nearly thirty years and I am normally very happy. Sadly the last two deliveries have been of a poor quality. I ordered flowers to be delivered every Sunday during December, the quality has been very poor, not up to the usual high standards.

The flowers were ok. The delivery driver was asked to be patient but wasn’t and left before mum could get to the door . The flowers had been damaged in transit

Did not reveive text or email when flowers arrived .I ordered a balloon as an add on but unfortunately did not come with order .Was very dissappointed with service .

Ordered a white bouquet so why would florist introduce a color preferably should have used another type of white flower!

The flowers delivered were not as per photo as did not have any roses, so I am disappointed.

Ordering was easy but sadly I was not notified by text when my gift had been delivered as requested.. The tracker was saying not delivered in the evening it was meant too and when I checked the next day it said it was a invalid ref number Ended up ringIng to be told it was delivered the day it was meant to at 11am.

It is more the American florist than Interflora. They delivered to the wrong address and the recipient never got the display despite being in when the florist said they had delivered it. I live along way away from my sister so this expensive birthday surprise was supposed to be special. Credit to Interflora who offered me a replacement display. Hope this one gets there.

Outrageously expensive International deliveries - why is this???? The flowers are supplied locally so why so expensive????

For the second time since I became a gold member, The florist has not had the correct flowers for my chosen bouquet. This time, it delayed delivery by a few days. To be fair, I have received a voucher for £7 to spend another time, but my confidence in inter flora to deliver as ordered is low currently.

I ordered these flowers, and paid the requested amount, to be delivered on 10th December as they were a ‘ good luck’ present for my sister who is in the pantomime at Rhyl. The flowers were NOT delivered until the 11th, arriving AFTER the first two performances! Not impressed.

Flowers are usually excellent but their website has glitches and the chat line or help desk are useless. I paid for the gold deal as My husband and I send lots of flowers especially at Xmas but m account seems permanently locked and they can seem to fix it!

The flowers were lovely but I ordered them to include a lovely vase. the vase didn’t come.. was just in a box!!!

For the best part of £54 - that was the worst bunch of flowers thrown in a box I've ever seen . I paid for a florist to personally deliver flowers - I got a cardboard box thrown around in a van - I will not use Interflora again
