Every bouquet ordered from us is prepared with care and hand-delivered as promised. And with our international network of florists, a special bouquet can be handmade and delivered almost anywhere in the world in just a few hours.

I regularly send flowers via interflora to my wife and to my mother without a hitch. However the last 3 or 4 instances the flowers to my wife have been poor and do not last long,I believe this is down to the individual florist they are using which has changed

The flowers were too long for the vase and the hand written card missed a name off of one the family who were gifting the flowers.

I try to send a Seasonal bouquet to my Mum every year, but this year we both agreed that the quality had dropped.

Whilst the interflora service was acceptable the quality of the product was poor. The flowers did not look like the photo and poor value at £50.

Service Delivery using DPD was very poor with the damaged Flower Basket Arrangement not arriving as a Birthday Gift on the Day because it was reported as undeliverable. However, a helpful phone call from 'Dan' in Lincoln informing me of the problem resulted in a resend of the same type of flower arrangement. The next day I received a text stating the Flower Arrangement was on its way only for the original damaged article to be delivered. Later that day the resend was delivered but there was no text received advising of this second delivery. Birthday Gift 2 days late. Interflora Quality Control's response though was faultless. I won't be ordering a 'free' delivery again because of the low quality of your current outsourced carrier. My advice is to change them.

Didn’t think the flowers were up to usual standard at all. Bouquet looked very bare, especially when compared to the online picture. Appreciate they’re not the exact same but expect more for £40 worth of flowers and about £10 delivery.

Paid extra for a AM delivery and the flowers arrived late. 6 days later the £52(total cost) flowers are dead.

Disappointing. Ordered the birthday gift package for my partner’s birthday. It wasn’t delivered due to a technical error but still received an order delivered confirmation. They did investigate and said I would get a full refund. Also to be fair this is the first time it’s happened. I have used inter flora before with no issues at all.

Very disappointed with the size of the flowers considering what was paid for them. Have received a great deal better in a £10.99 bouquet from Aldi.

I particularly wanted the flowers delivered for same day which also had limited choice, if I would have had chose following day I would have had more choices

I ordered flowers and chocolates to be sent as a birthday gift. The flowers arrived and the recipient sent me a picture, and they did look lovely but the chocolates were never received, hence the low score.

I was very disappointed to see the flowers that were delivered to my Mum, I have attached the picture on the website for reference along with the flowers my Mum received. They are nowhere near what is advertised on your website, and several buds and flowers are missing - not value for money. I paid £37.00 for a lovely bouquet for my Mum and what was delivered is equivalent to an £8 bunch of garage flowers. Disappointing

Delivery and platform good and flowers in good condition but underwhelming in terms of value for money, comparison to Interflora marketing imagery and versus competition (better for less from M&S, for example)

Item was not delivered on the day it was supposed to be. Florist claimed there was no one in and didn’t leave it because the flowers would be damaged in the rain. However, the recipient was in all day and it was also dry all day, no rain at all, and the florist didn’t leave a card to say they’d tried to deliver the flowers. I can only assume the florist didn’t attempt to deliver the flowers on the right day.
