Found this company via a comparison website, it was a comprehensive insurance at a very good price. The website was easy to use and once i decided to buy it was easy to pay for and receive the documents

Very competitive quote. Very clear over the phone on exactly what the insurance covered. Fairly short waiting time for an agent to be available on the phone. Confident replies to questions asked.

Required a specialist contents insurance policy for a property with flat roof. Excellent competitive quote without having to be referred to an underwriter. Policy also included free add ons such as legal cover and home emergency. Entire process was undertaken online with detailed policy quotation and terms emailed after I saved my initial quote - so you could check and see the policy details before you bought. Would definitely recommend.

Yes all good so far. Email contact is very good and the price is nice!. Last company we had a claim due to workshop fire and said we we're under insured. We didn't know how much to put down for contents, Needs to be at least £50,000 for normal house. So if we put down 25,000 then had a claim for £5,000 even though they could see you're claim was good they would only give you £2,500! Tony

Having never heard of the company before being connected to them via go Compare i was impressed with the service offered. I had a problem with the e-mail and attachments and it was no trouble to them to sort it out.

Only just taken out insurance with intelligent insurance, but, so far so good. They were able to quote me a fair price for my slightly different house

I got a policy renewal notice this week from Legal and General that upped my premiums by about 10% so I dumped them as I do with all organisations that punish customer loyalty by increasing prices and use inertia selling to up the prices for renewing a service. Intelligent Insurance were staggeringly efficient at processing my application for a new home insurance policy - by the end of the working day on which I made my policy application I had received via email complete documentation for the policy I had purchased, and some very full and useful supplementary information packages. So full marks Intelligent Insurance for speedily and efficiently signing up new customers and for providing them with all of the information they are likely to need in double-quick time. I signed up for my new policy on 02/02/2017 and the policy commences on 01/03/2017. I was more than a little surprised then, to get a request to review Intelligent Insurance's services today, only the day after I signed up. The component of an insurance provider's service that I really care about doesn't really kick in until I need to make a claim - something that I'm not even in a position to do until the beginning of next month. Why are Intelligent Insurance so keen to invite me to review the quality of their services before I can possibly have gained any experience at all of the business end of their operations? Do they think that all there is to insurance is signing up new policy holders? One of the reasons I signed up with Intelligent Insurance was the impressive 87% customer satisfaction score. Is this entirely generated by newly-signed-up customers like me who as yet can have no idea how Intelligent Insurance do when it comes to dealing with claims? Is this peculiarity in feedback elicitation due to naivete or cynicism? Are Intelligent Insurance keen to start getting feedback from the get-go? If they are then I should welcome their enthusiasm. Or are they being careful to get my feedback before I have any opportunity to experience how they do when it comes to claims management? I don't know and I hope I don't find out because I'd much rather I never have to make a claim. But readers of Intelligent Insurance reviews beware, not all of them are written by fully-informed reviewers.

Started application online but could not go through to buy the policy as there were some details which needed clarification. I phoned the customer services team and Rick sorted things out for me. He was extremely helpful and dealt with my application very quickly and efficiently. The whole experience was very good and I now have a policy to suit my needs and over £100 cheaper than my renewal 12 months ago with a different provider.

All the people I spoke to were extremely helpful and courteous which after my increased premium this year due to previous claims helped to soften the blow. Slight delay to the Underwriting process due to the Christmas period but the team kept me informed and on their return everything was dealt with quickly. This is the complete opposite to another insurance company who I had also spoken to during the renewal process. Thank you intelligent insurance.

As we required a slightly specialist insurance we found this site easy to negotiate and very thorough having tried to speak to a number of national insurance companies who were on the whole very unhelpful it was a relief to use Intelligence Insurance

Decided to seek cheaper buildings and contents insurance via a comparison web site. Intelligent insurance came out well and I was able to save more than 500 pounds. Very helpful telephone call resulted in satisfactory outcome.
