“I got the quote over the phone as my insurance was a little bit more complicated than normal the operator was very thorough most polite she answered all my queries and was most thorough and went to great lengths to make sure there was no questions on answered”

“After researching on Martin Lewis's MSE website I found Intelligent Insurance and was immediately impressed with their quote for Home Insurance. I had been kept 'on hold' or promised a ring back (which didn't happen!) by other companies but got straight through to speak to an assistant from I. I. on the phone as they needed extra details of a subsidence claim from 8 years ago. Details were easily and clearly discussed and the new quote was reasonable under the circumstances.”

“Competitive price for my house insurance. Easy to follow website to complete details of what our existing insurer called “non-standard” cover due to lengthy period of not being occupied. Very satisfied and a lot less of a problem than I’d expected following my discussions with e-sure.”

“Having decided to consolidate contents and buildings insurance, I researched via Money Supermarket what was one on offer. This allowed for basic comparisons on price and levels of covers but more importantly allowed access to the website of insurers so that you could compare details. This allowed me to improve my cover and benefit from the same 5* rating as before.”

“good site quite easy to use good chat with staff on the phone - only issue I have had no email confirming my policy is set up but when I go on the site I can see the policy - would still like the confirmatory email”
