“Huge scammers, the worst insurance company ever, they want you to pay but when you are claiming you never see the money and its not successful, they will send investigators to check your case and and they falsely accuse.. dont use this company by any chance.......”

“On speaking with Phil at intelligent insurance who was extremely helpful who went through everything with me to help get house insurance, within two hours of a call back he informed me every thing was in order and went ahead to purchase. I most certainly will be dealing with Intelligent insurance again. A real 5 star company.”

“I don't think anyone can write a worthwhile review about insurance until one has made a claim. The purchasing process was straightforward enough - but, just like the rest of the industry, made painfully slow and boring by the call handler being obliged to read out lengthy and unnecessary scripts (when over half had already been answered online) and try to add additional cover. Gary, with whom I spoke, was at least sympathetic and intelligent, which is rare in the industry but very welcome.”
