“My insurance set up by very pleasant, professional, helpful lady (? Tara) and a relief to be dealing with person with such good communication skills. Thank you. Disadvantage was call queuing for service. When I first called there was a call back facility, but subsequently waiting approx. 45 mins. on several occasions.”
