“We completed all the info required from us. When quote received it was incorrect as info was not interpreted correctly. Advisers had difficulty aligning the version we had received with the version they could see on their "small screen" Told adjusted policy would be with us in 24 hours but wasn't. We chased to be told they had an IT problem but they could have contacted us to tell us. Positives advisors pleasent, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful,”

“Extremely helpful. I started on a comparison website having just received my invitation to renew which had risen by £150. The comparison website came up with Intelligent Insurance and a figure approximately half that of my current provider. I did some research on Intelligent Insurance and the actual provider in my case Midas a wholly owned AXA company. It appears all is in order and the business has been placed with reputable providers. The service from Intelligent Insurance has been exemplary and very helpful. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble. I would definitely recommend this company from my experience.”

“I went to Intelligent Insurance because I needed to insure a timber frame timber clad house (non standard construction). They were able to do this without needing to refer to underwriters. Compared with Hiscox, who did need to refer to underwriters. Which is pretty weird if you ask me, as Hiscox are sponsors of the RIBA house of the year award. And the house of the year isn't usually 'of standard construction'! I can't comment on other things like renewal price hike or claims handling. But for a fast and flexible product they score 'very good'”
