“Good information provided prior to purchase, however pointless as the parcel was not delivered to me but the driver stated he had. I spent £67.99 for a bracket, never received and they refused to accept their courier was incompetent and left my item at a different address 😡”

“Purchasing and delivery were good, great communication checking I had the correct bracket for my tv. Made really well only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because I had to remove it once fitted to fit spacers washers to get it away from the wall as the screws that fix your TV to the bracket hit the wall when angled forward. Easy fix but maybe should be mentioned in instructions.”

“Bracket arrived on time. East fit instructions too- I’m no expert but it took me less than half an hour to install a 55inch TV. The website was excellent with clear directions to find the bracket I needed. It was supposedly complex and two companies wanted around £480 to do the job . Here’s a tip. Buy a drill and a box of wall anchors with metal tube inserts from Screwfix and save yourself a cartload of cash! Use Intec because they work, they’re easy to fit and they do the job! Mine pulls out to over a metre from the wall and tilts forwards and side to side. It’s rock solid. Wonderful product.”

“Great quality bracket- box damaged in transit would be my only Criticism as template and instructions damaged but the bracket was super easy to put up and easy to level. Would definitely purchase again.”

“I was looking for a wall bracket for a 43" TV and discovered Intec Brackets. The website is super easy to use and you simply input your TV Brand and model to get the info on suitable brackets. Very shortly after I had ordered online I received a message asking for confirmation of the TV Model number so that Intec could ensure that there would be no issues with mounting and cable access. This was a very useful addition to the service and, when I received the very quick reply that the bracket I had ordered would be fine, it was despatched straight away. I got my bracket in 2 days which included an array of different bolts, washers and spacers to cover all wall mounting options. The service was fast and faultless and the bracket was accompanied by a clear set of mounting instructions which made the job quick, easy and safe to complete. I would absolutely recommend IntecBrackets to anyone wanting to wall mount their TV. My Thanks to Steve for his timely communications.”

“Great service, emailed company for info re bracket to fit our sky glass tv and got prompt response with a few questions just to make sure we bought the correct bracket. Quick and easy to order and only took a couple of days to come even by standard mail. Everything we needed came in the pack and our son in law fitted it without too much stress. TV now on its bracket on the wall and looking fab.”

“Excellent service parcel arrived on time, very well packaged, without unessersary extra packaging. I recerched TV wall brackets they varied in price, but the quiality of "Intac Brackets" is excetional. I am truly delighted with my TV bracket, it was exactly as discribed, with all fixings very well packaged. I also wanted a cream colour which was available, perfect. Happy customer.”

“A great bracket for fixing my small 33" dining room TV to the wall. Comes with a vast array of different-sized fixings, most of which you won't need. Easy to fix to the wall and set up. Just a couple of points to note. First, the drilling template for the wall is a piece of cardboard made of the same material as the cardboard internal packing; it took me a while to discover it - so make sure that you don't discard it along with the packing cardboard! Second, sounds obvious, but it's important to read and understand the installation instructions before starting this job; don't do a quick scan and then try to hoof it. A good quality and sturdy bracket.”
