“I bought a white folding metal bracket for a 23" TV on a bedroom wall. I previously had a different make which was a bit flimsy and did not fully clear the wall leading to marks on the wall. The difference with Intec is massive, the intec bracket is sturdy, has every fitting needed and works perfectly. TV folds flat to the wall and easily pulls out with lots of room to get the perfect angle and no banging into the wall. Customer Service actually rang me after I placed the order to ensure it was correct, delivery was next day, on time and packaged well. I do not normally leave reviews but this time I wanted to make the effort because I was really happy to get a good quality item which does what it says, is well built which these days deserves proper credit”

“Sadly the bracket does not work with the tv it said it worked with so be careful as the description is inaccurate”

“I was absolutely astounded to receive a phone call to double check that the bracket was suitable for the tv before it was dispatched! What customer service! The gentleman was polite and courteous and my son and I were shocked and delighted that there are still companies out there that provide a personal, traditional form of customer service!l”

“Great product, great service, great company. I have my Intec bracket almost 5 years. My product was the best available on the market at the time and has stood the test of time. I got a new TV with a new VESA fitment so I needed some help. Their after sales customer service is as good as their product.”

“I bought the bracket as it said it was for the sky glass TV. But when I got the tv it has its own bracket to mount the tv so I didn’t need the bracket. It will be used for another tv”

Hi Jackie, Thank you for your review. All sky Glass TVs are supplied with a flat non adjustable bracket and we check all orders to ensure customers do not order a similar bracket. However, you ordered an adjustable tilting bracket which is a different type of bracket to that supplied with the TV, so we supplied the order. All orders have no quibble returns if needed but glad you were able to use it on another TV.

“Very disappointed by the bracket, even though my 32inch tv is very light there is considerable dropping once the bracket was fixed to the wall which made fitting it to precise height rather difficult. Also worth mentioning that you can by the same branded Intec bracket from Amazon for £30 less so I'm feeling doubly disappointed having paid the Intec web site price.”

Surprised to read your review as we are available by email, land-line and mobile to answer any technical queries, help with bracket selection and to resolve any issues with brackets or installations and we have had no contact regarding this issue. Now we are aware of it, we will reach out to you to resolve as there should not be any drop on that bracket unless something is faulty or it has not been installed correctly. Regarding Amazon, we do sell used, old stock items and overstocks of new items and while on these lines there can be a price difference we have a price match promise and will match to any seller online or otherwise anywhere in the UK so hopewfully we are fair to everyone. As above we will catch up with you and try to resolve so you are fully satisfied with your purchase.
