“Outstanding personal customer service. Wasn't sure about ordering brackets for my tv from this company at first but when I phoned, the man I spoke to was informative, helpful and spoke in a friendly personal manner. The tv brackets arrived the next day by FedEx which i was very impressed. Received regular notifications on the status of the delivery. The brackets are a perfect fit for my tv and were easy to assemble. It comes with more than enough screws, bolts, washers and spacers to accommodate different type of fittings. My only disappointment is that the tv can move side to side when sitting on the bracket. It does not fully lock in place. Other than that, I would definitely recommend using this company. They give great customer interaction, quality product and are trustworthy.”

“Came with the wrong mounting bolts had to spend £5 to get the correct bolts make sure you bare this in mind when placing an order. Previously had no issue these are the second lot of brackets I’ve ordered from the company which is a shame as there usually competitive and provide a quality product.”

Hi Andrew, Thank you for the review. We check every order and as long as the TV model number is stated on the order, we ensure any different/ extra TV screws/ washers /bolts etc required are added into the bracket box. This should ensure there is never an occasion where anyone has to buy additional items. Checking your order, I can see that the order required an extra set of longer M4 screws for your TV and while this was added to the order, I can see on the despatch record it is missing. This is our mistake and I can only apologise for the inconvenience caused and we will follow up internally. In the meantime, I have arranged a refund of the £5 cost you incurred.

“The Bracket is brilliant, really well made and perfect for my Samsung 50-inch TV, the bracket came with a good amount of screws/bolts, wall plugs, washers and spacers to suit any requirement. The side profile is very good too as it fits very close to the wall and can be pulled out and tilted to suit. A good solid piece of kit for a great price. I would recommend this bracket.”

“IMpressively solid bracket for our 55 inch tv. The booklet of instructions was rather short on detail, so I supplemented this with looking at various Youtube videos and managed to get installation right eventually.”

“This bracket was extremely strong. I'd say expensive but, it's holding a £3500 TV so that can justify it. Good communication and advice from them. Helped locate and suggested options on a variety of brackets.”
