“I rang to check that the bracket I was going to buy did exactly as what I wanted it to do, which was swivel, tilt and rotate. It indeed was the bracket I required so I ordered online and it arrived the next day. My husband installed it and it is perfect for our situation. Very happy with the purchase and customer service, I would highly recommend”

“Excellent throughout. They gave me detailed and very good advice before buying the most suitable bracket for a 77" TV. Once bought it arrived within 36 hrs and is perfect for my TV, no fuss in fixing it to a stud wall. First class throughout especially the advice as I didn't have a clue what bracket to go for. Highly recommended.”

“Very good service. Clear specifications online and rapid despatch. Very well made bracket extendable to 700mm from wall. Pictorial instructions that were pretty clear. Large variety of screws, plugs and washers. Also a helpline if required. Very satisfied.”

“Outstanding personal customer service. Wasn't sure about ordering brackets for my tv from this company at first but when I phoned, the man I spoke to was informative, helpful and spoke in a friendly personal manner. The tv brackets arrived the next day by FedEx which i was very impressed. Received regular notifications on the status of the delivery. The brackets are a perfect fit for my tv and were easy to assemble. It comes with more than enough screws, bolts, washers and spacers to accommodate different type of fittings. My only disappointment is that the tv can move side to side when sitting on the bracket. It does not fully lock in place. Other than that, I would definitely recommend using this company. They give great customer interaction, quality product and are trustworthy.”

“Came with the wrong mounting bolts had to spend £5 to get the correct bolts make sure you bare this in mind when placing an order. Previously had no issue these are the second lot of brackets I’ve ordered from the company which is a shame as there usually competitive and provide a quality product.”

Hi Andrew, Thank you for the review. We check every order and as long as the TV model number is stated on the order, we ensure any different/ extra TV screws/ washers /bolts etc required are added into the bracket box. This should ensure there is never an occasion where anyone has to buy additional items. Checking your order, I can see that the order required an extra set of longer M4 screws for your TV and while this was added to the order, I can see on the despatch record it is missing. This is our mistake and I can only apologise for the inconvenience caused and we will follow up internally. In the meantime, I have arranged a refund of the £5 cost you incurred.
