“Absolutely excellent service! I had not properly filled in the online order and almost immediately Mike text me clarify which tv I had so he could ensure they sent the correct bracket. Service like this is unheard of these days! It’s nice to see someone so passionate about excellent customer service, will definitely use them again and will recommend to others.”

“Great company if you need brackets. Following my order, they double checked they were sending the right bracket for the TV. It was then sent out promptly. Initially, I had a question about fitting it, but following prompt reply installation was straightforward. Very good bracket and customer service, and wouldnt hesitate to buy from them again”

“Excellent customer service, and delivery as we live off the mainland. Bracket well made and strong, the only issue I have is the bracket is held to the TV with one small screw. The television would move if knocked, just means straightening it again. Overall happy.”

“Fantastic service - phone call within minutes of order to check delivery, bracket arrived next day. Very simple to install and excellent movement and long range - the TV floats and bracket is very sturdy. Very happy and would recommend strongly.”

“I wanted a bracket for a 40" tv that would fold flat but swing out at 90 degrees fully extended; Seen it on Amazon so rang Intec to ask about the bracket, they are very helpful & confirmed it was the right one. Quick delivery/clear instructions and everything needed was in the box (plus 3 x bags of adaptors for different TVs), It took an hour to fit as it is quite big/heavy and I wanted it perfectly level so it would sit straight when in use. It looks the part when folded back and now swings out perfectly above the bottom of the bed with wires hidden out of sight. I will buy the same brand again when I fit a TV in our room at Xmas. thank you.”
