“Been with intasure for about 15 years Always been fairly simple each year to renew and I normally do so over phone Agents on phone really knowledgable and easy to talk to and willing to help This year the system to log onto your portal I couldn't get to work but that may have been my poor Computer skills I phoned your agent and it was sorted in a few minutes When I received my renewal documents the UK contact addresses was wrong as I moved house at end of 2022 Phoned again and this was sorted and new documents sent to my e mail within minutes Many Thanks. Liam”
