“The contact with your agents about renewing two house insurances with you was fine and all went well until a plethora of computer-generated e-mails arrived, one of which stated that my application for home insurance had been refused by the underwriters. These left me very uncertain as to whether my insurance had been renewed or not. A further call to your agents reassured me that I was indeed covered. Some more personal e-mails would be a distinct improvement . . . . . . . .”

“We have insured our holiday home for several years now. Although the premium has increased each year we have yet to find another provider who provides the level of cover we require. We receive an email reminder annually together with the documents for our approval.”

“I have used Intasure for several years now to insure one UK property and another holiday home in Cyprus. I find them very efficient and competitive. Their staff are very friendly and communication with them is always easy. I had a claim for water damage from a leaking radiator in 2016 and it was settled quickly without fuss. I can recommend Intasure without reservation.”
