“It took from early afternoon on Friday to Tuesday morning before the insurance for our apartment was approved. It was a stressful few days for us because we completed on the apartment on Friday. I had to chase this at least 3 times and was not told by Intasure, when I spoke to an assistant at 16:45, that the underwriters were closed for the weekend. This I discovered when I phoned again around 18:00. I phoned again on Monday morning and spoke to Ella. She was the most helpful member of staff; she promised to look into the issue and said she would find out what was happening and phone me back, which she did. It was the lack of communication that I found most disappointing. I have insured 5 other properties with Intasure and can say that if it hadn’t been for Ella I would have insured with another company and also moved my other properties. My grateful thanks to Ella.”
