Got through on the phone very quickly. Real people to talk to, not robots! Jamie was excellent at talking me through the process. The underwriters set to work and I had the insurance documents within two hours. Easy to pay over the phone. Highly recommended.

Your first broker understood my requirements and sent me a detailed quote and conditions. Your second broker again understood my conditions and incorporated my requirements. Both were most helpful friendly and polite. I stated thatI would be willing to receive travel insurance details and I would like to also receive overseas health insurance details.

I got an insurance quote before we offered and bought the property to check there were no issues. When we knew our completion date I phoned up to purchase. It took on average 40mins on hold every time I phoned. This time I was asked some extra questions and told the underwriters would need to agree cover. I the had the most awful 3+ hours of waiting. We wouldn’t have bought the property if we thought insurance would be a problem. I had to chase numerous times before hearing it was ok by email. So I then had to phone and hind on for ages to get to someone and pay! I still have t had my M&S vouchers, neither has the person who recommended you.

Spoke to Julian to arrange building insurance landlord he could not have been more helpful took me through everything and answered all my questions was most impressed by him he was so good even in these awful times and working from home top marks

The lady did not hesitate to keep explaining things that I was unsure about, she gave me overnight to consider my options and phoned me next day, explaining again, excellent customer service.

I found my sales representative friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and diligent. I was pleased to find an insurance policy with Intasure where no other company wanted to insure the risk. They create a market for the fringe cases and for that I am grateful and happy to recommend.

The service was generally good in that I was given plenty of time to renew the policy and response time was generally short. There were two shortcomings. First, the information I included in an e-mail concerning various policy terms got lost in the shuffle with the result that the same issues had to be addressed more than once. Second, and more importantly, the actual insurance was a little complicated because there were going to be some building works and the premium was loaded, pretty significantly, to take account of this. When I queried this with Rob I learned, after some discussion, that if I notified Intasure when the works were completed I would be entitled to a refund since the loading would no longer be appropriate. A LOT OF TIME AND TROUBLE COULD HAVE BEEN SAVED IF THIS HAD BEEN MENTIONED IN THE COVERING LETTER. Had I not challenged the premium I would not have learned about the refund. (I do not know if Intasure's policy is to withhold this information in order that clients will not claim refunds. I hope not). Rob was quite patient with my persistent questioning, and came across as quite helpful, not least in arranging for matters to be concluded in a tight time frame.
