“I was pleased to receive the renewal documents in good time, and especially pleased to get a timely and polite telephone call as a followup. At the end of the call there was a polite attempt to sell other products. Not in the least aggressive or persistent. Well done, an excellent service.”

“The process took 45 minutes- I appreciate a number of legal procedure need to be discussed but I honestly couldn't take it anymore. The person at the end of the line sounded like a robot going through the motions- not pleasant at all. At least the process is a one off.”

“Intasur were excellent in setting up a policy from my holiday home in Italy taking into account all the aspects that need to be covered. Being a pensioner obviously I have to budget and Intasure were very kind and took that into consideration when putting together my premium I thank them very much for their kind consideration”

“Unable to get a quote without speaking to an advisor but this was actually useful to check that the correct cover is being provided. Staff were friendly and professional. Was advised on email that policy docs etc. would be available to review via a personal website log in but this feature is not up and running yet. Sent me all the documents in an email instead.”
