Yet again Intasure have been very easy and helpful to deal with. In addition their quote was £200 less than mu current holiday home renewal quote.

there does not seem to be many insurance companies online to deal with properties in France so competition is limited however i found Intasure very helpful and comprehensive could not ask for more

Policy seems suitable. Operative didn't ring at arranged time for me to accept it. When I rang, they said they had been in a meeting and were just about to ring me. Having accepted the policy, it proved impossible to register on the Portal to see the documents. I rang for help and was told that the Portal was broken and IT people couldn't get in to fix it because of Covid. Operative thought lack of access was pretty unimportant, said the documents had been emailed to me. I think they probably were but, for whatever reason, I can't find them now (Sunday) when I want to print them out, so will have to ring again on Monday to ask for a repeat emailing. Unfortunately this does not inspire confidence!!

I now feel I’ve got peace of mind! This new Comprehensive policy was fully explained in a manner easily understood by the layperson. Marina Stanhope was very easy to understand and showed great patience, as she navigated me through the finer points. Charlie Coe also supported me in this process. They both dealt with my queries and issues very professionally and in an efficient and friendly manner. Indeed, I would not hesitate to recommend Intasure to all my family and friends. Contacted Intasure for rental policy cover in Morocco.Julian went through the questions and policy efficiently explaining the cover and optional additions. Once payment authorisation was confirmed I was sent all the documents whilst still on the telephone. The web site itself is informative and easily navigated.Well done Intasure.

Unfortunately my Mother in law passed away and we didn't want her home not to be protected. I called Intasure and spoke to Julian who was very helpful and easy to speak to, he listened to what I was after and was able to provide me with the cover I wanted, even though things were a little different as he was working from home due to Covid 19 which made the system a little slower, I was still pleased to know that they policy was in place as I hung up the phone.

Intasure made contact via e-mail, telephone and letter. After I gave notice that occupancy of the address in question (tenant/landlord policy) had ended Intasure found an appropriate policy for us and took me through all the options/gave us time to consider them. Payment was easy and we were told of the discount because we have other policies with Intasure. I also had need to contact Intasure with a possible claim (leak at property before tenants moved out) and was re-directed to the department who answered all my questions satisfactorily.
