“After receiving a substantial increase in the renewal premium of a holiday home insurance policy I contacted Intasure to check the details and make amendments. The assistant was very helpful and efficient and I was easily able to make the necessary changes so as to have an affordable policy. Personally, I regard the entire insurance business of holiday homes abroad as grossly over priced, in a very noncompetitive market, but as there are few other options I was pleased that Intasure offered a better quote than the few other companies offering these policies.”

“The person , whom I got on the line was very friendly ; he was helpful and took his time to explain . What I found a bit annoying was the fact we had to go over all the details , although it was just an adjustment of a contract . I can understand it migth be the policy and probably a safety reason but it took a lot of time aswell for him as for me . Otherwise I am happy with your company .”

“Your customer service is flawless but the tactic of hiding a cost increases of almost 100% in admin fees that are not included in your quotes and cost estimates is somewhat underhand and reeks of bad faith. I understand you need to remain competitive but please be open and honest with your customers in your estimates.”
