“I was recommended intasure by my brother as they had been using them for a number of years for their holiday home insurance. Very easy to deal with. Real people who listen. Got a quick competitive quote that covered my needs with everything explained. I had tried others I found doing a search, but didn't feel comfortable using them after the rushed phone call and reading some of the reviews, which is why I want to recommend this company.”

“Lovely girl spoke to me each time. In the end the only thing in the policy vital to me was escape of water cover during the winter months when the property might be empty more than 30 days. The policy covers us provided the heating is at 10º - since the heating is communal and included in the service charges as is the hot water there being only a single system for the building this met my requirements. I do think though that the leap from £80 to over £200 including a service charge is on the high side and I think at renewal I will baulk at the idea that you can charge £50 fee p.a. for a rollover policy once first sold.”
