I spoke to Karen from Renewal Dept. I had a complicated query which she sorted out and gave me clear and comprehesive advice on the matter. Couldn't speak more highly of her.

I discussed the insurance quotes with Natasha who was very helpful, asked me to check any changes to circumstance and talked any points I enquired through thoroughly. Her manner and customer service were excellent and as much as anything was the reason I agreed to renew! Thank you

I have been with Intasure for about 14 years and have always been happy with their service. I spoke to the helpful member of staff at the call centre to clarify a point and got a clear and useful answer. He went through many other points just to make sure I was clear on everything and I am very happy to stay with Intasure.

First time I rang, I was given information I wasn't even aware of so a really useful conversation. Subsequently went back and bought my insurance. Really quite straight forward. With both phone calls the customer service representatives were very helpful with totally practical advice. Great service. I would now imagine, you might say why not a "Very Good"; simply put I never generally give that as there will always be room for improvement.

I Spoke to Charlie regarding holiday home insurance in France and he had excellent customer service skills.He took me through each stage of the purchase and I am happy I came away with what was required.Kind regards Carol Shipley.

Felt sales pitch was reading script and I had to wait until the lengthy monologue finished to ask questions .Did not feel interactive .

The salesman I spoke to was very patient and attentive and dealt with all my queries. I was re-assured that he checked details with the underwriter. He always returned calls as and when promised.

The gentleman with whom I spoke was very patient as I did not have all the necessary cards at hand and had to.fetch them. He explained carefully all the options I had and repeated where I had not grasped or understood what he had told me. Give him a pat on the back for good customer service!
