“Very simple process to obtain holiday home insurance , I had a telephone consultation with an agent she answered any questions I had with courtesy and professionalism . Intasure also came out tops for cover and cost.”

“I was very impressed with the customer service which I received from Ella Hicks of Intasure when I contacted her company to arrange insurance for our holiday home in France. She was friendly and professional and answered all of our questions promptly and knowledgeably. Ms. Hicks is a credit to Intasure and, based on my experience of dealing with her, I would have no hesitation in recommending Intasure for French holiday home insurance.”

“Wow , Dan at Intasure got our holiday home insurance together in a few hours. This was brilliant compared to being dropped by Saga (no reason given) and waiting over 3 weeks of endless phone calls and nothing happening with Towergate, and several others not returning phone message asking for quotation. Some had stopped working with second homes, some wkuld only insure it if you already had insurance with them. So, apart from providing a proper quote quickly and with in the time frame they said, with out my having to chase it, INTASURE came out miles on top regarding least hassle and professional treatment of this client”

“My experience of recent customer service ( “ Beth “ ) was amiable, polite and straightforward. The only irritation was the inclusion of an expensive “ Admin. Charge “ which I consider inappropriate as a former customer ( 2019/20 ).”

“Excellent service from Beth & Julian over the phone. Competitive price for a detailed breakdown of cover for a French house. T.Wells & English spoken a huge bonus for clarity and reassurance of details. Better cover than most of the other 5 companies tried. 10/10. No paperwork all supplied online 10 PDFs only just OK for a 70yr old. Registering online as a customer total nightmare 7/8 attempts nearly managed it once cannot view pasword as typed in etc,OTP codes keep arriving gave up don't think its worth it. 0/10 Humans win every time.”
