This company is amazing 2 years ago we had a house fire we live in greece they were so helpful and swift in all they did.I had to renew this year my policy as my husband passed away suddenly..they were kind and helpful throughout

In the extended period I was on the phone with Intasures two representatives,I found them both to be courteous, and very knowlegable concerning their business.wasting no time and happy to go back over points I wasn't sure about.

The only downside of my experience was a very long wait on the phone before I was able to speak to anyone, I gave up trying on the weekend, and then retried on a week day and then I believe it was still around a 20 minute wait. Once I spoke to someone though, the service was really professional and friendly and I had a call back the same day to issue the insurance.

Insurance purchase procedure went well - but a little early to ask for feedback, future will tell the real value of you´re services. Therefore its too early for me to tell if i can reccomend Intasure to a colleague or a friend.

I was directed here through my usual provider who, due to Brexit regulations, was unable to help me. Ella handled my policy in a most helpful, pleasant and efficient manner. And even better, I was offered a very competitive rate.

Very happy with the price for our business insurance, but after asking the salesperson on the phone if I would have a hard search carried out on my credit file and them replying that no I wouldn’t it would just be a soft search, to then look at my credit file and see a hard search from premium credit is a little annoying. Please inform your customers of this in the future Alex - Nuco Group

I really have nothing to write about other than Intasure did what was requested, I had to change landlord insurance to secondary resident, although I find it quite expensive - why no discount for no claims? - and do not understand why a Nordic company had to be used.
