“A brief conversation to the point, the person understood my request - that I wanted to reduce the quotation by dropping unnecessary shop contents cover - there was no argument or attempt to make me review my request, then a short wait for quotation which saved me £50 from a £200 quote, and so we went ahead. No fuss. Friendly. Excellent.”

“Still cheaper premiums after 6 or 7 years with them than our previous holiday home insurer. Renewal was very easy with a most pleasant, friendly operative who very efficiently dealt with the few changes and most importantly did not pressurise me to buy other insurance or add-ons.”

“It took a few weeks to sort out, but that was because of my situation and the timing of when I needed the contract. This company were patient and did not hound me and we kept in email and phone contact from time to time throughout. At the point I needed to proceed, it was a seamless transaction and I would recommend them. Thank you”

“I was very happy with my experience Marina was so helpful .Since we bought the Apt 12 years ago the Attorney looked after the insurance. She must have retired as I wasn't able to contact her this year. It was a new experience for me to have to arrange the insurance but Marina made it so easy for me . Thanks a milliom”

“I like your Company bec the staffs members are polite and very good in explaining the Policy I take out.So I rated you no 2. I will be expecting to receive my Policy Documents next week as you promised...you're very considerate for those people like me who have diffiulty using the Computer online bec to be honest... I don't have Laptop and Printer in my house. I just used my Mobile phone to open my yahoo E-mail. Keep up the good works. Have more Power to your Company.”
