“My conversation with Julian regarding insurance for our new holiday lodge was friendly and professional. He was at length to explain the policy and dealt with the many regulatory essentials very well. Most importantly I believe I have the right policy for my purposes at a reasonable price. At no time did I feel I was subjected to a 'hard sell'.”
