“We have been insuring our second home in the UK through Intasure since 2015. Their prices have always been competitive and, after we rebuilt our house using a non-traditional construction, they were very willing to get the property individually underwritten for us at a price that was not matched elsewhere. On top of this, the service is attentive and friendly. I cannot comment on claim handling since, fortunately, we have no yet had to make one”

“The insurance clerk, Charlie, was very helpful, friendly and efficient. He explained the cover, excesses and exclusions clearly and in detail. We are pleased with the cover provided and would be happy to recommend Intasure.”

“I would prefer to renew online, there was a link in the email but it didn't lead to a page where I could renew. Apart from that it worked well as the office called when they said they would and I would have forgotten otherwise, so thank you”

“Renewed my Static Caravan policy with Intasure again as I had a question on my policy requested callback & an excellent girl called back (Natasha Miles) she helped me step by step to check I had all I needed to be covered properly. As she called & was so good at her job with knowledge etc.I decided to renew again as the quote was similar to last year great rates & a profesional company with excellent customer service agents like Natasha thank you Intasure good to know Im with you & you all with me.”

“From the first tentative online enquiry, the speed and professional response was excellent. The service and patience from Shamil was really positive. The premium was competitive and suited our needs, having been able to scrutinise the policy content in detail prior to purchasing. Intasure is well worth considering for overseas home ownership insurance.”

“Just bought a villa in Gran Canaria - due to the Covid19 virus the sellers were in quarantine so were staying put and paying us rent whilst they could not vacate the property. INtrasure ensured that we were insured both for the normal building and contents plus the unexpected rental of the property at a competitive rate. All sorted with one 30 minute phonemail. Excellent.”
