“Your representative, Julian, was very competent, polite, and swift without being rushed. He offered me options but was not pushy. The cover offered was the best I could find albeit a little more expensive.”

“The insurance provided is adequate for my needs, but I fail to understand why, living permanently in my property in Crete, Greece, there is not a reduction in the price of the policy. When you consider a holiday home which may be occupied for only several weeks, the risk of vandalism, theft, damage to the property from burst pipes etc, is far greater than the risk to my property which is lived in all year round. I would welcome feedback from yourselves regarding the policy for overseas properties being divided into at least 2 categories, partially occupied during the year (holiday home) and permanently occupied. Also you may consider a no claims bonus. Thanks.............Mark”

“I contacted Intasure because a friend had recently used them to insure a holiday home. Insuring my Spanish home was something I had been meaning to do, but not got around to, so I got in touch. I have to say that they were very easy and pleasant to deal with and sent me a quote. They never pushed, which is a great sign for me. They did actually get some basic information wrong, which I was suspicious of, but when they corrected it, my premium had gone down rather than up. I suppose the proof of the pudding... so I will never be sure about them unless I have to actually claim something, but as far as I know, they appear very easy to deal with and pleasant and seem to know what they are doing.”

“Intasure contacted me to ask if I wanted mobile insurance, having asked 1 year ago if they where able to provide it. They submitted a quotation which after a phone call from them I agreed to take the insurance. There staff was very helpful and would look to use them in the future.”

“Intasure were a pleasure to deal with, nothing was too much trouble, Limahl was my first point of contact and was very attentive in listening to my every need and supplying the initial quote, followed by Will who answered all my questions - of which there were many due to not actually being able to believe the amazing price I had been quoted - I was so sure that I had missed out something important - but I hadn't and the price was correct, not only that but was half the price of what I had been quoted elsewhere for the same cover!! Thank you Intasure :)”
