“I feel robbed. You contacted me and told me that my “indicative” price was X but then charge me more with no explanation. I couldn’t be bothered to go through the whole process again so ended up taking out the policy but feel that you got my business by dangling a carrot that was never going to offered”

“Just the right amount of customer service help in getting the right insurance for us. Willing to call back to allow us time to compere and make our choice but not over pushy in the sales talk. Of course, we haven't made a claim yet so can't comment on their efficiency in handling claims”
