“Great experience in taking out new policy. Frustrating that renewal price was £100 more expensive and taking out a new policy saves money. Think of your customers and apply some corporate ethics please.”

“The insurance was the easiest I have ever taken out. Lovely well mannered young man explained what my insurance covered and helped me insure my caravan to my requirements . Very honest and knowledgeable. He let me choose the levels of cover I wanted without being pushy or making me feel uncomfortable. Excellent service and cover for a lot less than I have paid to other insurance companies. I’m delighted with my cover and the price. Would highly recommend.”

“Pleasant and helpful lady on telephone. Excellent product that met my demands and needs at reasonable cost.. It is a shame that you and many other brokers are now saying that you do not give advice on the products that you sell. FSA and professional indemnity insurance requirements enforcing reduced service levels. We can all manage established schemes. The skill is in providing advice on best products and security and offering tailor made policies.”

“Have been with Intasure for quite a few years now and luckily, to date, have not had to make a claim. I have given 4 stars due to their efficiency and friendly manner (I renew by phone each year) and they are a pleasure to deal with, though of course I cannot comet on how well they handle claims.”

“Very easy to contact by phone...... virtually no delays getting through to them. I found them very knowledgeable & efficient, they covered all aspects of our caravan insurance.. I had to contact them again for modifications on my cover, thereby reducing costs, & there was no issue with this. In my experience they were easier to deal with than a few other companies.”
