I needed home insurance immediately for a property I had just bought. Since we already have two properties with Intasure, it seemed natural to contact you first. I was telephoned quite soon after my enquiry. The person who called was very helpful, but the only problem being that he was speaking very quickly and at times not clearly, which meant I had to ask him to repeat. Other than that I was pleased with the service and the price.

Your call centre employee was most helpful and provided rvised quotes for my annual insurnace but has not provided a follow up email with the revised details as promised. Would eb grateful if thsi would now be done so that I have the details before making the anuual renewal payment before 1 June.

I needed to renew a policy and also set up a new one. The process was relatively quick and simple. However, the person I spoke to for the new policy spoke far too quickly much of the time and I had to get him to repeat things several times. Perhaps he was reading off a screen. Also there were a number of repetitive questions - again as if reading off a screen therefore the agent was not really engaged personally with the process. Otherwise - fine
