“My holiday home insurance came in at a very significant discount to my existing provider who I had been with for 29 years. Staff were helpful and efficient. As always with Insurance the big test will come should a claim need to be processed.”

“I got insurance from Intasure because it was the cheapest option, but they clearly work off commission and try to get as many sales as possible in the least time and with least effort. The person on the phone spoke so quickly I couldn't understand most of what they was saying, and had to ask them to repeat himself many times. They were very pushy, demanding a time to call me back the same day to get an answer for whether to go ahead or not. Also spoke to me as if I was stupid when I asked some questions that I either didn't understand or hadn't heard from their fast-spoken script.”
