“My call was answered quickly by Andy, who spoke to me as a person not a policy - half way through our conversation I had to end the call because I was having difficulty hearing him but, as promised, later that day I received a return call that built from where we left off.....I didn't have to repeat what was discussed earlier.”

“Everthing turned out OK in the end but only after I had to make 2 lenghty international calls. I made to requests on line which should have got me the quotation I needed but these were ignored even after 2 follow up emails”
