“I dealt with a lovely lady called Julie. She is very human and despite the fact that I could buy the same insurance £60 cheaper elsewhere...she managed to get me £10 off and she is so nice I just stayed with Intasure. There is a great deal to be said for a real person, whom I can understand and who is friendly. Thanks”

“I just have bought a holiday home insurance. It was more complicated than "normal" insurance as I had to insure my home for holiday rentals as well. As far as good. The advisers were very friendly and professional and answered all my even silly questions very patiently. I enjoyed the way I was treated as I felt I was important to them. Hopefully i will never have to make any claim but if this happens I hope they would be reliable and take care of me as they promised.”
