“My parents had their caravan insurance with insure for a number of years. When I bought the caravan from them, I looked at quotes from other companies. There wasn't much in price difference. My parents recommended this company, as they said they were easy to deal with when renewing their policy.”

“The person I spoke to Jade seemed very efficient and we very quickly went through the Q&A to get to the quote. The quote documentation was clear and although we missed each other on calls we eventually managed to speak to get the quote concluded. The premium was higher than I had hoped and more than others insurers I spoke to but overall the coverage was better so I was prepared to accept the offer. Airbnb is very common now but surprisingly few insurers are geared up to cover it. Finally, a customer website / quote engine that includes Airbnb as an option would be helpful.”

“I had great service from the two Advisors I spoke to when setting up my insurance. Shamil was very polite and efficient when asking me the questions needed to provide a quotation. Jade was warm and helpful when answering my questions about the quotation and refined the cover to match my requirements. Jade also helped me understand the details of the cover.”
