“I have been a customer for many years & know exactly when my policy needs renewing. Usually I am contacted 3 weeks in advance & then chased if I do not respond. This year, I received an email Tuesday lunchtime, followed by another that same afternoon saying that, as I had not responded, the company had tried to telephone me. As I was not there, a message was left. We were away for a 24 hour “holiday” & I take a very dim view of being bombarded in this way. The following day, I dealt with a very helpful woman & my policy was renewed to my satisfaction.”

“I spoke to Julian who was very polite and helpful. He answered all my questions quickly and I was happy that I'd got a holiday home letting policy that was suitable for me. Some other insurers had conditions that I couldn't meet but this policy was absolutely fine. My previous insurer wanted £406 but this policy was only £264.”

“Intasure have always impressed me with their efficiency and service. You don't have to listen to loads of options on the telephone and they have all your details to hand in seconds and ask only relevant and sensible questions. I find them a bit on the expensive side but as the only British based insurer I have been able to find for a Turkish property they perhaps lack serious competition that would suppress their premiums. I've never had to claim so cannot comment on their performance in such a situation.”
