“Good, bought a set of headphones (dt990), I bought b stock. Not the cleanest thing I’ve bought, but a few minutes washing up the ear pads, and wiping everything down, good as new. Wish they replaced the ear pads for some new ones, but that’s okay. Functionally perfect, great headphones, love them a whole bunch, will customise them sooner or later. Can’t beat the price, wonderful purchase.”

“I thought the service was good. However, the item purchased - a Xox headphone amp. Was very poor with little or volume. The overhead Vox earphones,also for Bass guitar,which Purchased some years ago are of far superior quality and produce excellent and authentic sound quality.”

“I've been a massive fan of Al Schmitt since I started reading the liner notes on some of the classiest and most timeless reordings ever made. One name, Al Schmitt, consistently cropped up time and time again. As many will know, Al left the party last year but before his demise, he did some detailed recordings for Superior Drummer, I had to have a copy of these and IntaAudio had them in stock. I ordered these late in the day and the authorization from 'Superior' wasn't available, however, on phoning IntaAudio the following morning this situation was rectified very quickly and I'm now the proud owner of 'Decades', the benchmark for big band drums, thank you IntaAudio and thank you so much, Al.”

“Excellent service and product. I received a courtesy call the day before delivery just to let me know my new pc was on the way. When it arrived there was a problem with the CPU fan which must have happened during transit, but a quick message to support soon cleared up the issue allowing me to remove the lid and simply reseat the fan. The new machine is excellent so far and came with all my customisations perfectly. Highly recommend.”
