“Delivered within a few days of ordering. Replied to a query I had within hours. Very happy with their service. I haven't opened the drums yet as they are a christmas present for our son but hopefully they will be all ok.”

“First of all great price tag on the software vst plugins. Thou, it was recently 2017 edition. I kind of got in nice hefty price. It was a quick and reliable transit- as, i had instant customer supourt to guide through the final steps. Finaly, Its a fine website place to drop for music varities.cheers”

“I purchased a usb audio interface. The item was dispatched quick and delivered exactly on time. Two emails were sent to me detailing the delivery. This proved invaluable as I sometimes have a busy schedule and was able to ensure the delivery. The item was well packaged and arrived in immaculate condition. Good pricing on the product as well. I would buy from intaAudio again.”

“I bought a silent computer system from Inta Audio and then came down ill very soon afterwards. Five years on, Inta Audio was quite happy to assist me with problems with the graphics card, That to me means customer service. The item I bought this time was an impulse purchase of something I'd always thought of getting, They dispatched quickly, warned the courier I was too ill to be disturbed, and the courier left a card for us to collect the item from the depot. It was well-packed and protected for a safe delivery.”

“Bought the 5 gang, infrared controlled, extension lead and am very happy with it. It works brilliantly with my RMpro 2 universal remote so I can switch my appliances on and off from an app on my phone.”

“Very pleased with the quality of the speakers that I bought (12 in total) and they worked well with the 3 Sonos Amps connected to them. One of the speakers had a fault but this was quickly and professionally dealt with by staff at Inta Audio. I have purchased two lots of speakers from them now and would buy again. Great customer service. Many thanks.”
