“You are not set up to sell software to USA customers. All the entry blanks such as phone number get rejected with "please enter correct format." Also you don't accept USA visa. Also numerous emails including a chat email were never acknowledged.”

“I purchased Presonus Studio 5 Artist as a digital download licence key. No other retailer had any stock left due to 6 being released. I had an issue with receiving licence key via email.
