Hi Onofrio, Im really sorry to learn that you had a bad experience with our payment system on our website, Looking into your order it would appear that your card details entered did not match the address you provided so this had to be manually authorised, being over a bank holiday this was the main reason for the delay. “Genuine and knowledgeable advice which felt like it was linked to satisfying the need rather than flogging the most expensive parts. Bottom line is that the machine I bought does exactly what I want and I am very satisfied with the cost. The R5 chassis looks like it will last forever and the machine overall is virtually silent. Well done Inta, I'll be back when this one needs replacing.”
