“OK.. I made a rather lighthearted review today and gave a 3 star rating because of a delivery charge and the somewhat nonchalant way the lady I spoke with when I called dealt with my query. Well allow me to update my review to 5 * because Inta Audio have written to me and said they will refund the delivery charge if I contact them again. Thats good service and attention to customer care.... might have been nice not to have to write such a mediocre review to get it but all credit to Inta Audio for sorting it so swiftly Thank you”

“There was some initial difficulty with my delivery due to Royal Mail delivering TOO EARLY! I was notified in record time, and I was soon happily using the first of my several Behringer orders. I also queried what constituted a "B-Stock" item and was courteously and rapidly re-assured (again by your Alicia), and proceeded to another satisfactory purchase and delivery. I am an enthusiastic fan of your company.”

“I purchased a Soundlab Adjustable Tripod Laptop Stand with Mouse Shelf on 1st January and it arrived on the 3rd January 2018. If this wasn't impressive enough the quality is beyond expectations due to the price of £19.95 appearing to be levelled at a "lightweight" product. This product is no "lightweight". It surprised me how heavy and robust it is! Thank you Inta Audio!!”
