“Ordered annual subscription of pro tools with an ILOK. When the ILOK didn't arrive with my purchase, told it was no longer supplied and the website information was incorrect. I was told I could not return the software because I had opened it. Customer services suggested I would have to buy an ILOK for a 50% discount.”

“Bought Steinberg Cubase 9.5 upgrade. Cheapest on offer that I could find on the net. Delivery was tracked a came in the time expected. In all, I am happy with Inta audio and will use them again.”

“Clearly these are knowledgeable guys - which means someone who knows less might need a little more advise. After a telephone call to get some advice,I did buy one wrong item but they immediately agreed to exchange the item for the one I needed, with no extra postage”

“I was looking for a good deal on a Studio One 4 Pro upgrade and found IntaAudio of which had the best deal going at the moment. Purchase through the website was extremely easy and I received the download code very quickly (ordered on Sunday and received early Monday Morning) of which activated on my PreSonus account without issue. I'm on the lookout for some new studio monitors soon and will not hesitate to use IntaAudio to purchase these.”

“I always think a gesture is always the most precious, no matter how small. I was shopping for new studio monitors and it didn't even cross my mind that I would need adapters for my wall sockets. But I did, since the UK sockets differ from the Nordic ones. Inta audio included these adapters for me without a question and I was genuinely grateful. Always great to see a company go the extra mile for their customer. Great prices, great service. Thanks guys, recommended.”
