“For the product I bought, IntaAudio could not be beaten on price. And believe me, I looked everywhere on the Internet. One negative aspect, was the lack of courier information on the despatch notification email. This is important for those who have arrangements with certain couriers. When I asked by email, who the courier was, IntaAudio customer services gave me wrong information. They said DPD would be the courier, it turned out to be Royal Mail.”

“This was my first purchase from IntaAudio and I have been very impressed with the professionalism and efficiency. Great product, accurate description, swift delivery, well packaged and competitively priced. It would be useful if IntaAudio emailed out a newsletter to customers. I would certainly recommend to friends and colleagues.”

We are currently trying to identify a formula on the amount of times we send one out, as we do not want to annoy our customers. How often would you ideally like to receive a newsletter?
