“Really easy company to deal with, great timely renewal notices, only issue is that I found it quite lengthy as no answer and constant ringing out trying to contact by phone but managed on the 4th attempt :)”

“The policy covers what I need but I feel was over prices , as I was limited to provider's due to a claim and the fact that I now live outside the UK. I can't see how that makes a difference. The lady that I dealt with was great, the only upside.”

We are aware of a G-Mail issue where emails carrying attachments ( ie policy documents) are going straight into junk folders. Can I ask that you check this please as we do have an email sent from us recorded on your file where documents were sent straight after cover was arranged.
