“Ordered 15 75mm celotex/ecotherm and some plasterboard which when I first ordered said it was going to arrive at XYZdate. I booked the time off but then they messaged saying they didn’t have everything in stock so I had to cancel it and rebook which is a faff. It turned up and the SIG delivery company was great. The quality of the boards was great too. The 2nd time I ordered from them it said I was going to receive them in around 3-5 working days and they turned up next day which sounds great but I was at work so I was unable to recieve the goods and inspect them for damage. (Some had minor damage but not unusable). Overall, speedy delivery (just as long as you don’t care when it turns up) and good quality boards. 3/5”

“Placed orderd july 29th still haven't had a confirmed delivery date spoke to an agent who said there's no knowledge of my order, spoke on the phone to be told ill get back to, can't comment on the product as I haven't even received a delivery date even.”

Your order was delivered on 14th March but have not received any correspondence to date in regards to this from you. Any damages or discrepancies should be reported to us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. Our Customer Service manager has now been in touch directly.

“11 sheets delivered from a van which had been leaking. The sheets that were not factory packaged were tatty and several banana shaped”

“Delivery and service was 1st class, only let down was majority of the 100mm boards had really noticeable curve across the 1.2 width. Had thought perhaps the boards are seconds !”

“Product was good and no problems with the service. BUT the delivery charge was extortionate at £ 25.99. Amazon do delivery for £4.99 and insulation4less need to learn how to charge less.”

“Insulation4less and their product I'm pleased with. Their delivery partner not so much. Delivery was delayed the first time as a single driver turned up and couldn't unload it by himself. So the delivery was rescheduled for a few days later but with a moffett truck. On the 2nd delivery attempt, again a single driver and no moffett turned up. The delivery office just told the driver to leave again so it would have been another delay. Thankfully though the driver decided to wait 15 mins for me to return home as luckily I was just coming back from work. So fortunately the 2nd attempt was successful but only due to the driver being kind enough to wait for me.”

“Product and delivery was good apart from 1 sheet had excessive cracks consistently in between which my builders deemed compromised. I have raised this with insulation4less but have not heard nothing in 2 weeks. Very disappointed in the after sale service. Still waiting.”

“Insulation was needed so I used celotex unfortunately I will be a bit short so I will have to look on one of the affordable sites. Others of the same standard are just as expensive. There is now another alternative on the market that claims to be as good if not better and easier to use. Prices for the likes of celotex are ridiculous and like everyone else they jump on the bandwagon of price increase. Rip off Britain is in full flow so will be glad when this project is finished”

“The plasterboard I received is a good product. The process of purchasing left much to be desired: - I ordered straight-edge plasterboard. The top 2 sheets on the stack were that, but the rest hidden underneath were tapered, not what I ordered, but I made do. - The plasterboard was not exactly "damaged", but nearly half was covered in black soot and extremely dirty. I am going to have to use some good primer to hide that before painting. - The process of ordering gave me 0 choices of the time of delivery. I just got an email telling me they will deliver at 8 am on a Friday and that's that. Thankfully I work from home, so I was able to be there. However, the delivery that came at 8 am on a Friday did not bring my order at all. The driver just said they'll try again at some point in the future and left. The second delivery just arrived later that day with 1-hour notice via text. If you order anything you better not leave the house or you'll miss it. - The confirmation e-mail instructed me to note all damaged or missing items on the paperwork that I was meant to sign, but the delivery driver when asked about it said "We don't do paperwork." Could have been worse, but could have been much better too. Average experience for me.”
