“When i ordered i had an e/mail within 5 mins to say my order was being sorted!!But not a word then for week!So had to phone to find out when i was to expect it,The lady i had a chat to was great saying soon as they had done the rest of the paper work they would e/mail me (the same day she did)and had it within2 days of that!!! All in perfect condition THANK YOU ALL.”

“Delivery came on time and was well communicated. The product arrived well packaged, protectively wrapped and on a pallet. The delivery driver was helpful and thankfully had a forklift truck to be able to deliver it directly to my back gate via a lane that the lorry wouldn't have been able to fit down. Overall a great customer experience and would happily use again.”

“Product was as described and at a reasonable price but i had to chase delivery which did not arrive when it was supposed to. So i had to go and collect it myself making 2 journeys”

“2 boards are dented and scratched. The edges of some of the boards have had the edges damaged so the plaster crumbled when it was cut. I have not had time to complain directly. Thanks for the reminder to do so. Not only that but you omitted to inform me that part of my delivery would not be arriving on the agreed delivery day.”

Hi Chiara, Sorry to hear that some of your boards arrived damaged. Its a pity you did not let us know of this before you wrote a review as we could have exchanged them for you. To give us a 1* review when you did not notify us or allow us to rectify the issue is very unfair. We do advise all customers to not accept a delivery of goods if they are damaged so we can exchange them. This is on the order confirmation you receive and if you had of done so we could have sent you out replacements. Unfortunately the products you bought are extremely fragile and can get damaged during delivery as our trucks can do multiple drops to building sites before they get to you. This results in boards being moved around and shifted in the truck to make space. This can result in some edge damage. Again it is a pity you did not notify us of this before you decided to give us a 1* review. Regards Insulation4less

“Excellent service from this company. I emailed first for advice on which product I should buy based on my specific requirements. I received useful advice the same day. The delivery driver went above and beyond to deliver the rockwool packs virtually to my front door, and was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Insulation4Less to anyone! 5 stars!”

“First time order arrived the plasterboard was damaged so had to reject the delivery. Then was re delivered later that afternoon with only a driver so had to personally help carry off the boards one by one. Ordered 18 and only received 17 and was told I would receive the other shortly. That’s was over two weeks ago and had zero correspondence despite emailing several times. Customer service is a shambles clearly not interested once you have the money. My project is now one board short and stalled for weeks as I await my replacement. Would normally just reorder one somewhere else but I’m not paying £30 delivery for one board.”
