“Due to a mix up with the architect I ordered 150mm celotex I got in touch to see if it could be changed for 100mm I sent photos of the product to show it was in good condition but that was over a week ago, I need to order some more materials but am reluctant to do so until I get a response from you ,not very impressed at the moment.”

Hi Stephen, thank you for your review & feedback. We can see that the return of the 150mm boards is in process and our sales team has been in touch regarding getting the 100mm boards ordered and out to you shortly. We apologies that this is taking some time. Returns must be co-ordinated with local depots and it sometimes takes time to book in space on a vehicle.

Our delivery timeframes are estimated and we are sorry that your order was delivered outside of this by one working day. While the majority of orders are delivered within these times, we cannot make a guarantee on this due to possible transport issues outside of our control. In regards to the damage you have mentioned, we have no record of you reporting this to us and our Customer Service Manager has contacted you directly for further details but we have not received a response. If goods arrive damaged, we have a robust system in place to ensure items are replaced as quickly as possible. However, if we are not made aware of damages, we cannot provide any assistance.

“placed an order for a customer of mine - he had ordered wrong goods and for the past 4wks ive tried to obtain a returns note and keep getting no reply from their returns department”

“Despite having order a few times from this company, they have canceled one of our orders £188 order, as we are short, they have cancelled it because it's under £200! making the rest of the sound proof a waste of money”
